Avoid contact with others. Wear a facemask if you have one available. Avoid social situations including work, school and travel. You could be contagious from 1 day before you develop symptoms until 7 days after symptoms begin.

Rule #2
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Discard the tissue after use.

Wash your hands with soap and water often. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
