What to do if you develop symptoms

If
you should happen to develop flu symptoms; that is fever, cough,
stuffy nose, body aches, chills and fatigue please follow these
guidelines:

#1
Avoid contact with others. Wear a facemask if you have one available.
Avoid social situations including work, school and travel. You could
be contagious from 1 day before you develop symptoms until 7 days
after symptoms begin.

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Discard the tissue after use.

Wash your hands with soap and water often. Alcohol-based hand cleaners
are also effective.

Drink plenty water. Get adequate rest. Eat regular meals. Avoid
smoking and alcohol.

Stay at home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone.
